Linor Goralik was born in 1975 in Dnipropetrovsk. She lives in Moscow and Tel Aviv. She is the author of approximately 20 books, including poetry, novels, fairy tales, comics, travel guides, and interview collections. She is a winner of the Triumph Youth Prize, the Portal Prize, and the Fiddler on the Roof Prize.
