The collection "Offline" includes interviews with the Russian poet and musician, leader of the group "Civil Defense" Yegor Letov (1964-2008), once published on the official website of the group. The style of the questions is partially edited, the spelling of the answers is preserved unchanged. Some answers are commented on by Natalia Chumakova, the musician's wife.

The collection is provided with explanatory footnotes and translations of several questions and answers from English.
