This book could be called a therapeutic workbook: it includes several stories, a manga comic, and various creative tasks. It is intended for children over 10 years old and teenagers forced by war to adapt to new conditions, in many cases a new language and country.

The book was created using art therapy methods and is designed to support the psychological recovery of adolescents. Of course, it does not replace work with a psychotherapist or psychologist, but it can easily complement such work or be used independently. This is a training book that can help teenagers at least partially overcome the trauma of war.

The book is bilingual, with three versions available: Ukrainian-English, Ukrainian-French, and Ukrainian-Russian. Therefore, it is also useful for learning foreign languages.

The book has been reviewed by a clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist.
