Pavel Filonov, one of the leaders of the Russian avant-garde, occupies a special place in the art of the 20th century. World blossoming is the main idea of ​​the artist's entire ascetic work. The book will discuss the formation of the ideology of world blossoming, the philosophical, religious and socio-political foundations of Filonov's work, how his unique author's mythology and concept of the method of analytical art developed. The main stages of the artist's life and work will be considered in the course of a comprehensive analysis of his works (paintings and drawings) and texts, in comparison with a wide range of iconographic and literary materials. The book has twelve chapters, each of which is devoted to a separate plot or problem. At the same time, their composition takes into account the chronological canvas of the narrative, which allows us to imagine the evolution of the artist's views, method, the formation and development of his own iconography.
