Tatyana Zamirovskaya was born in Borisov. For many years she worked as a journalist and music critic in Minsk. Since 2015, she has lived in New York, where she has written several collections of fiction in the genre of metaphysical fantasy and the best-selling novel "Death.net". This is her first book of non-fiction - a collection of essays, memories and reflections on memory and forgetting, music and love, emigration and connection with Belarus through the ghostly identity of a man who once believed that music is stronger than death, and lyrics are more important than life.
