Prince Panther unexpectedly appears in Christine's room to comfort her after the death of her kitten. A strange game of seduction begins between the cat and her prey. He tells stories of the distant land of Pantheria, where he is the crown prince. In them, Christine hears everything she wants to hear. Gradually, the prince begins to control her life, pushing aside her favorite toys and friends. Panther creates a new world for Christine, into which he wants to take her forever.
Brecht Evens is a contemporary Flemish comic book author and illustrator, whom The Guadian newspaper called one of the most talented representatives of the Belgian school of illustration since Hergé, creator of the Tintin comics. His books have received numerous awards, including at the International Comics Festival in Angoulême (France).
