"Twilight of Mankind: Awakening of the Heart" is the second volume of a German-language poetry anthology of the 20th century.

Kurt Pintus's now-classic anthology was first published in 1919 by Ernst Rowohlt. Six of the anthology's 23 authors did not live to see the book's publication. Four died in World War I.

Pintus's symphony of modern poetry proved so popular that it was reprinted dozens of times in Germany, which, however, did not save the book from being included in the burning list.
