Belarus is Sacred is a collection of prison drawings, poems and reflections by Pavel Sevyarynets, written during his imprisonment and later collected in one book.

The book was born from letters to his young son and preserves the memory of Belarus, faith, hope and love for home.

Combining personal reflections, poetic texts and illustrations, this publication becomes a testimony of imprisonment and a reflection on dignity, memory and belonging. For the author, Belarus remains a “lost paradise”, living in the memory and hearts of those far from home.
